Dr. Michael Blaha, Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Blaha brings to Modelsoft world-renowned expertise on modeling, database design and reengineering.
Dr. Blaha received his Ph.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He is an alumnus
of the GE R&D Center and author of the OMT methodology. He has written several popular textbooks on
modeling, database technologies and the use of current UML methods to design software for business
applications. He is a guest lecturer at many universities worldwide. At Modelsoft, Dr. Blaha is the
Chief Software Architect for all software development and gives workshops on Agile Modeling for
Requirements. Several Fortune 500 Companies have utilized his knowledge and skills in this area.

Serge brings significant international experience from development to commercialization of software

At Modelsoft, Serge responsibilities include business development, marketing, and consulting services.
He directs individual and company-wide sales objectives, develop and manage our partners channel.
Dr. Herbert Spencer, Event Modeling Services
Dr. Spencer is an experienced management consultant. He has advised small businesses,
large corporations, governments and non-profit organizations. Dr. Spencer provides consulting
services on Strategic Planning and alignment of IT initiatives to business goals.
